By using Trycut, a service operated by Summertech Studio, you accept these terms.

The service

Trycut uses artificial intelligence to create images of how a haircut could look on photos of a client. The images are a visual guide: the real result depends on hair type, head shape and the barber's work. We don't guarantee the real cut will look the same as the preview.

Access

We activate barbershops one by one. You sign in with a code we email you; you're responsible for the sessions open on your devices. We may pause an account that is used abusively.

Photos and consent

Only photograph people who give you permission, and only to show them the preview. Don't upload photos of minors without a parent or guardian's permission, or images of people who aren't present. Don't use Trycut to create misleading or offensive images or to impersonate anyone.

Price

During the pilot, Trycut is free for activated barbershops, with a daily image limit. If we charge later, we'll email you first and you decide whether to continue.

Availability

Trycut relies on third-party providers (hosting and AI) and may fail or change. It's provided “as is”, without guarantees of continuous availability.
